Vinicio Herrera

Our Therapy

Private Counselling

Private Counselling

Private Counselling

Therapy is not just for dealing with problems and issues. Many people seek therapy to gain deeper insight toward actualisation and enhanced self knowledge. Therapy can be a powerful tool in the process of personal growth and life enhancement. It can offer enlightenment about one's way of seeing the world  and themselves. Choosing to invest in this process of self exploration can be extremely rewarding  and life changing. The path to self discovery can be exciting, powerful and worthwhile.

Couples Therapy

Private Counselling

Private Counselling

Couples Therapy aims to support couples in working through the range of issues arising in relationships including trust issues, infidelity, difficulty with communication and conflict, life transitions, parenting and infertility and also in making big choices about relationships and working through separations where necessary.

We are able to support couples in coming to understand and connect with one another in meaningful ways and create strong, resilient family units.  We are also focused on assisting couples to identify common or repeating issues and rather than keep having the same arguments, we provide tools to create meaningful dialogue around these areas as a means of helping couples to better understand each other.

Our aim is to educate and empower couples, providing them with tools and skills, practiced in counselling, that they are then able to take home and utilise on an ongoing basis. Couples will then have a new way of relating to one another that brings meaning and connectedness to their relationship.

Child, Young People & Family

Child, Young People & Family

Child, Young People & Family

Child & family therapy counselling  is able to address behavioural, social, emotional and/or learning problems experienced by children, young people and their families.

Counselling programs are tailored to the specific age, development, culture and situation of the child, adolescent and family. The aim is to promote wellbeing from early childhood through to adolescence, along-side family health and wellbeing.

There are times when children and young people experience psychosocial behavioural and emotional difficulties ranging on a continuum of severity. The earlier the concern is addressed, the better is the outcome.
